YOGA with NIKKI
YOGA SLOW/ iREST YOGA NIDRA & MEDITATION
(All levels welcome)
This yoga class is welcome for all levels. I say yoga ‘slow’ because most classes say ‘flow’ and in my personal practice I am learning to slow things down. We live in a fast paced world and we work in an even speedier one so this class is going to give you an environment to work on slowing things down.
Imagine traditional yoga as a slow meditative quality that ends with a long yoga nap. Read more below on benefits of Yoga Nidra and more about iRest Yoga Nidra.

Anyone can do YOGA NIDRA
Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While the practitioner rests comfortably in savasana (corpse pose), this systematic meditation takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you with a sense of wholeness. No longer do you have to dread spending hours sitting on the floor waiting for liberation. Here are five benefits of developing a yoga nidra practice.
